What is Christian coaching?
Christian coaching integrates emotional health, story work, and spiritual formation to help you grow in wholeness. It’s not clinical counseling, but a guided process of naming your story, understanding your patterns, and learning healthier ways of relating to God, yourself, and others.
Emotional, relational, and spiritual health are deeply connected. When you grow in one area, every part of your life begins to change—your relationships, your leadership, and your walk with God. Investing in soul care gives you tools, clarity, and support that create lasting transformation from the inside out.

Jackie is a coach and soul care provider specializing in the Enneagram. She is a mother of 3, with 10+ years of ministry experience and has spent almost a decade caring for a disabled child with chronic health issues.

Peter is the Pastor of Care and Counseling at Mosaic Church where he provides leadership to the care ministry and training in pastoral care. He also participates in the OCPN (Orlando Church Planting Network), where he teaches planters in emotional and relational health. He also serves as a Soul Care Provider with Crosspoint Ministry where he provides soul care coaching to pastors and leaders across the country. He has over a decade of ministry experience having served the local church as a teaching pastor, worship leader, coach and pastor of care.
